Question 1

Is Niashine jewellery safe for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Niashine pieces are made from 925 silver or 18kt hallmarked gold, both of which are hypoallergenic, nickel free, and certified safe for children's delicate skin. Our jewellery contains no harmful metals, no coatings that chip, and no sharp or loose parts. Every piece is handcrafted with children's safety in mind, making it suitable for babies to toddlers to teenagers.

Question 2

Is Niashine jewellery BIS Hallmarked?

Accepted Answer

Our gold jewellery carries 18kt BIS hallmarking, which is the Government of India's quality certification for gold purity. This hallmark guarantees that every gold piece from Niashine meets the official Indian standard, giving you full assurance of the metal content and craftsmanship. Our 925 silver pieces meet international purity standards and are individually inspected before dispatch.

Question 3

Can I personalise a bracelet or necklace with my child's name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, personalisation is at the heart of everything we make. You can add a child's name, initials or birthdate to most of our bracelets, neckchains, and nazariyas. Simply enter the personalisation details on the product page or share them with us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM after placing your order. Our team will handcraft the piece with your chosen name or initial.

Question 4

What is the difference between 925 silver and sterling silver?

Accepted Answer

925 silver and sterling silver are the same material. The number 925 refers to the purity standard: 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% other metals (usually copper) for added strength. We use the term 925 silver because it is the more precise and internationally recognised marker of quality. When you see 925 stamped on a Niashine piece, it guarantees you are getting certified, high purity silver.

Question 5

How long does it take to make a personalised piece?

Accepted Answer

Every Niashine piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 12 working days for production, plus shipping time to your location. We recommend ordering at least 15 days before a special occasion such as a birthday, Rakhi, or baby shower to ensure your piece arrives in time. For urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.

Question 6

What is a good silver gift for a newborn or baby?

Accepted Answer

A personalised name or initial bracelet or nazariya is one of the most cherished gifts for a newborn. Our collection in hallmarked gold serves as a valuable gift, memory and keepsake. At Niashine, we offer delicate pieces in sizes suitable from birth, often engraved with the baby's name or birthdate. These make meaningful keepsakes for naming ceremonies, birthdays, and gifting from grandparents or close family. Many parents also gift a matching set for siblings.

Question 7

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Accepted Answer

All Niashine jewellery arrives in our signature packaging, presentation ready for gifting. If you would like to add a personal note or a specific occasion message, simply let us know at checkout or via WhatsApp. Our packaging is designed to make the unboxing feel as special as the piece inside.

Question 8

How can I place an order for a Niashine piece?

Accepted Answer

You can order directly through our website at niashine.com. We also accept orders via WhatsApp and Instagram DM, which is how many of our customers prefer to connect with us directly. If you have a custom requirement or would like help choosing the right piece, our team is happy to assist you through any of these channels.

Question 9

Do you deliver across India?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Once your piece is ready, it is dispatched and typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. We share tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Question 10

How do I care for silver jewellery?

Accepted Answer

925 silver can tarnish over time with exposure to moisture, sweat, or chemicals. To increase the life of the piece, store it in an airtight box or a ziplock when not worn, and remove it before bathing or swimming. Ensure wiping it dry before storing it. Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, or soap directly on the piece. With simple care, a Niashine piece can last years and become a treasured keepsake.

Question 11

How do I know which size to order for my child?

Accepted Answer

We provide a size guide on each product page, with measurements by age group. Please go through our size guide to select the correct size. Alternatively, you can also send in your custom measurements to us on WhatsApp in the format explained in the size guide.

Question 12

What is your return or exchange policy for personalised jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Due to the personalised nature of our pieces, we accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +91 9833013634 within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Question 13

Should I choose 925 silver or 18kt gold for my child?

Accepted Answer

Both are beautiful choices, and the right one depends on your budget and how the piece will be worn. Our hallmarked gold jewellery is a premium, long lasting option that holds up beautifully with daily wear and makes a treasured heirloom gift. Our 925 silver pieces are a more accessible price point, making them ideal for gifting, festive occasions, and growing children who may need a new size soon. With simple care, silver stays bright and lovely for years.

Question 14

When should I place my Rakhi order to ensure it arrives on time?

Accepted Answer

We recommend placing your Rakhi order at least 15 days before Rakhi to allow time for handcrafting and delivery. Our personalised pieces are made to order and take 12 working days to produce, so ordering early ensures your bracelet or jewellery set arrives with time to spare. Orders placed close to the date may not be fulfilled in time, so please plan ahead and message us on WhatsApp if you have any concerns about your timeline.
