1. Personalization of Single Touch and Together Touch

Single Touch:
- One fingerprint imprint from any individual.
- To send your fingerprint, follow the instructions below.

Together Touch:
- Two fingerprint imprints from any two people (e.g., you and your loved one).
- To send your fingerprints, follow the instructions below.

How to Send Your Fingerprint:
Requirements:
- Paper
- Pencil
- Clear cello tape
- A scanner app on your phone (e.g., Adobe Scanner App or similar)

Time Needed: 3-4 minutes

Steps:
1. Take a piece of paper and draw a square. Use a pencil to color the square dark and completely.
2. Rub your finger over the square in all directions, ensuring the lead covers your finger.
3. Take a small piece of cello tape, place it over your finger with lead, and press gently to ensure it sticks completely.
4. Peel the tape off carefully and stick it on the paper. The fingerprint will be clearly visible.
5. Use a scanner or a good camera scanner app on your phone to scan the fingerprint clearly.
6. You may use any finger for the fingerprint – this method works for babies to adults.

To send your fingerprint:

  • Ensure high resolution and clarity using a scanner or the Adobe Scan app.

    2. Photo Personalization (Captured Memory)

    For the Captured Memory option, we will imprint a photo of your choice. To ensure the best imprint quality, please send a high-resolution image (at least 300 DPI). The photo should be clear, well-lit, and in focus. Please avoid images with shadows or background clutter.

    How to Send Your Photo:

    • Ensure high resolution - minimum 300 DPI.

    3. Milestone Moments Personalization Options

    Option 1:
    - First Name (Up to 10 letters) – Birthdate (DD/MM/YY)
    - Second Name (Up to 10 letters) – Birthdate (DD/MM/YY)

    Option 2:
    - 3-4 Word Message (e.g., "Forever in Our Hearts") – Birthdate (DD/MM/YY)

    Option 3:
    - First Name (Up to 10 letters) – Birthdate (DD/MM/YY)
    - Small Symbol (e.g., heart, star, infinity, etc.)

    4. Written in Love – Handwritten Message Imprint

    To personalize your pendant with a handwritten message:

    1. Write your message clearly with a thin nibbed pen or pencil inside a box on a piece of paper. Dimensions of the box: 21 x 30 mm (Please note: The message will be scaled down to fit the pendant 14 x 20 mm.)
    2. Use a scanner or a good camera scanner app on your phone to capture the handwritten message in high resolution.
    3. Send the scanned image to us:
